01 // ACCEPTANCE
By initializing any Neural Board AI agent deployment sequence, you accept these terms in full. Continued operation of deployed agents constitutes ongoing agreement. Unauthorized access attempts will trigger automated lockdown protocols.
02 // SERVICE SCOPE
Neural Board AI provides autonomous enterprise agent deployment including CEO, CFO, CMO, CPO, and CSM protocols. Service availability is guaranteed at 99.99% uptime. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated 72 hours in advance via operator console.
03 // CREDIT SYSTEM
Agent deployment and operation consume credits as outlined in your service tier. Credit consumption rates are fixed at time of deployment initialization. Unused credits do not expire but are non-transferable between operator accounts.
04 // LIABILITY
Neural Board AI bears no liability for autonomous decisions made by deployed agents within their designated operational parameters. Operators are responsible for configuring appropriate guardrails and oversight thresholds.
05 // TERMINATION
Either party may terminate service with immediate effect. Upon termination, all agent processes are halted and memory states purged within one compute cycle. Data export must be requested prior to termination.
06 // GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the primary compute region operates. Disputes are resolved through binding arbitration administered by the designated resolution protocol.
